Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you’re happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a return.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at dmartin@emeraldpowersolutions.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
